Hi, I’m Whitney! I’m the founder and designer of By Modern Social.
It’s safe to say I had been planning my wedding since preschool. I had been waiting for the magical moment when I could channel my inner Monica Gellar, dust off my label maker and get planning. When the time finally came, what I didn’t expect to gain out of the process was a deep dive obsession with all things stationery and design. I should have had an inkling, considering I had been designing my own holiday cards and birthday invitations and using custom monogrammed notecards since I was sixteen.
As quickly as I found myself in night school for graphic design, I found my home beginning to fill with paper samples, silk ribbon, wax seals and belly bands. It was really happening…My childhood dream of crafting had become a catalyst for a new career
In all honestly, I have a deep love for stationery and design and an even deeper love for the details. Whatever your event may be, I would love to join you on your journey making it completely and uniquely you, in every little detail.
